Founded in 1974 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Roadstar Tire has become one of the most reliable tire distributors in Canada, and Pneus Roadstar is its Montreal branch. We offer over 10,000 products from more than 20 global manufacturers and serve over 500 registered merchant accounts across Canada and in more than 20 countries.

How do I become a wholesale merchant?
Create a free account at roadstartiredistribution.ca and contact us at info@roadstartiremontreal.ca or at (514) 700-0033 to complete your merchant account verification. Approval typically takes 1 business day. Once approved, you will have immediate access to wholesale pricing across our entire catalog.
Where can I see the prices?
Prices are only visible to verified merchant accounts. Once logged in, merchant prices are displayed on all product pages and in the cart. Non-logged-in visitors will see a prompt to log in instead of prices—this preserves the confidentiality of our wholesale rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: cash in person at our Montreal warehouse (no fee) and credit or debit cards via Stripe (2.4% processing fee). NET 15/30 terms are available to eligible accounts with an approved credit application.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer same-day pickup at our Montreal warehouse and next-day delivery throughout Greater Montreal. Shipping via carrier is available in all Canadian provinces. Delivery rates depend on the size of the order and the location—contact us or add your delivery address at checkout.
What is your return and warranty policy?
New, unmounted tires in their original condition may be returned within 14 days with written authorization (a 15% restocking fee applies). All tires are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty — typically 3 to 6 years. Defects found within 30 days of purchase are replaced at no charge. See our warranty policy for full details.
Can I pick it up today?
Yes. Our warehouse at 5580 Saint-Jacques Street, Montreal (QC) is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call us in advance to confirm stock and schedule your pickup: (514) 700-0033.
