The goods remain the property of Pneus Roadstar until payment has been received in full.

This invoice is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the customer's account opening application and/or credit agreement.

Tires that have been mounted, installed, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Returned products must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.

A 2.4% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pneus Roadstar is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, inappropriate use, or road hazards.
